What this covers

This notice covers the getpiq.ae website: the broker waitlist form and the property manager form. The PropertyIQ app has its own privacy terms, shown when you sign up.

What we collect

Waitlist form: your name, mobile number, work email, brokerage, role and, if you choose to give it, your BRN.

Property manager form: your company, your name and role, work email, mobile number and the number of ready units you manage.

We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about early access to PropertyIQ, or about listing your units. If you give your BRN, we use it to check your broker registration against the public RERA register.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet that only the PropertyIQ team can open.
