About this site

getpiq.ae explains PropertyIQ and lets brokers join the waitlist and property managers contact us. Using the PropertyIQ app is covered by separate terms that you accept when you sign up.

Information on this site

Screens on this site show the app with sample data. Listings, commission splits, rewards and features in the app can change, and what the app shows when you use it applies.

Joining the waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access. Early access opens in small batches, and access is for licensed brokers whose BRN we can verify.
